What is Real?
That’s a question I’ve been asked in almost every real estate conversation for nearly five years — and you can imagine I’ve answered it hundreds of times.
My answer has always been pretty simple:
Real is the fastest-growing real estate company in North America. A real estate technology company built with one goal: to make the lives of Realtors better — and, in turn, give our clients the best experience possible.
Have you ever believed in something so strongly, even when everyone around you questioned it?
That’s what the last five years have felt like to me and my Real family.
When my fellow Redliners and I joined Real in the fall of 2021, there were roughly 3,500 agents. We took a chance on something we believed was going to change this industry — and we never stopped believing.
And today, Real officially acquired RE/MAX. @remax
A legacy company. An iconic name that helped pave the way for real estate around the world.
And maybe the part that hits me the hardest… they chose Real.
That says everything.
I can only imagine the emotion our co-founder Tamir and the entire Real team must be feeling today. I’ve only been here for five years, but watching this company grow, watching the leadership continue to push boundaries and expand what’s possible, has been incredible. @tamirpoleg @realbrokerage

Family Summer Vacation — Part Two 🌊☀️🤍
The Shuswap. This place has always held such a special place in my heart… and IYKYK. There’s just something about being here. 🥹
What was supposed to be a quick three-night stay somehow turned into SIX nights 😂 — and we are beyond grateful it did.
So thankful for good friends who feel like family, endless laughs, amazing food, days on the water, late nights, and getting to slow down and just enjoy quality time with our babies. 🤍
